Thanks everyone went out yesterday yaking some pics of the snow. Camera is great, I love having the top LCD panel, mkes changing settings so much easier. I'll just have to find me one of them 12-24 lenses! Might have to wait a while, though, the company I worked for went bust three days after my wife bought me the camera!

I had a Zenit, used it exclusively for B+W. Also had a Spotmatic, great camera, and a Ricoh KR10. Wish I'd kept the lenses......
I'll look out for the 12-24, how does the Samsung perform? Is it the same lens as the Pentax?

Hi thanks for the replies! I changed to the K7 mainly because the Oly suffered from noise above ISO 200. I'd been waiting for them to bring out a weather sealed E3 upgrade but got tired of waiting. I loved the Olympus, got some great pics with it, but the weather sealing and noise issues persuaded me to get the K7. I do a lot of travelling and wanted a more robust camera.
As far as wide-angles are concerned, I'd like to go as wide as possible without going fisheye. Also without breaking the bank! I'd be happy if I could trade my 4/3 Sigma for a Pentax mount one.

Hi everyone I have just joined. I am from Bolton, just bought a K7 with the 2 weather sealed lenses to replace my Olympus E520. I just wish the Sigma 10-20 I have for the Olympus would fit it! My wife has the Km which she loves so thought I would join her with my own Pentax.
