Some media exposure...

Hi everyone, not been here for ages, mainly because I am no longer using any Pentax cameras except the Ricoh GR. However, this forum was very instrumental in me learning digital photography. I owe thanks for all the encouragement I had while here.

I've just had an article published in 3 newspapers (Bolton News, Metro and the Daily Mail) after signing up with a press agency. The majority of the images were taken with the GR, two of them were taken with a K5, and a couple on the Sony A7s.

Hi Jon, well done on your press successes. Your photos are missed on this forum, especially the outstanding world wide aerial shots from your Boeing flight deck.

I am still shooting aerial images with the GR David, I will post some recent ones here soon. The GR remains my most productive camera.

Fabulous Jon, I think we all miss you on here. What about a return with a K-1?

Thanks David. I gave away my K5 to a guy who had his camera stolen, but I am thinking now of getting another one plus kit lens to carry on my motorbike. I have too much invested in my Sony kit now (3 cameras and 5 lenses) to buy a K1.

Stunning stuff

My only Ariel shots were from a 6 seater twin engined flying thingy using an Aiptek pencam (it came free with a PC I bought)

Not sure I can compete with these

More seriously - cracking work sir
K10D, K5 plus plenty of clueless enthusiasm.
