Well the 2nd k-5 is working OK front focus wise.
What I've noticed with all 3 K-5s now is that with 1.03 focussing is inconsistent

I had a bizarre experience today. I was in one of the cheap supermarkets which I normally avoid but they have one item I cannot find elsewhere. While negotiating a route through the chavs it went through my mind that something seemed wrong. After a moment's consideration it struck me. The music playing over the tannoy was Handel's Messiah, specifically the Alleluia Chorus. I waited for someone to start ranting "King of Kings - ain't no fing" but it didn't happen.
It was really surreal.

If you look at the centre of the target you will see a 6mm white circle, another 100mm square with a similar circle at the centre was on the sheet. The idea was to make holes at the centre of both and use these (about 100mm apart) to align the camera with the target - the front hole needs blocking with something before testing of course - just in case
It's not Smeggys fault though ..... I didn't include instructions
