My first thought was that it was wearing body armour on its back. Then I noticed that the 'armour' appeared to be part of a skeletonised bony hand
at the end of a long arm! Poor thing was being squashed flat...legs flailing in all directions...

What I didn't realise was the length of exposure...guessing that's where the 10 stop ND comes in?
Particularly like 1,4 and 6.

Some of the characters captured wouldn't look out of place on one of the retro Victorian themed Dr Who storylines.

I had the K-x as my first DSLR for over 4 years...loved it but then upgraded to a K-50 almost 3 years ago which i'm still using and have shot about 9000 images with.
I valued the weather resistance first and foremost...here in the UK seems daft not to. The 16Mp sensor is a useful upgrade to the 12MP of the K-x and allows some leeway when cropping which was always a bit 'hit and miss' with the K-x. Also I like the 'feel' of the camera...very comfortable in the hand ...as was the K-x and I value the slight increase in weight as it makes for a more balanced package with heavier lenses. Also I got myself a cheap 'Chinese' AA adaptor off EBAY so can use AA batteries as well as the custom lithium that comes with the camera. Great value for money as well.
Hope this helps.

Having said that, my favourite is No.12 with the couple of figures in the distance. Your astro shot (no.1 is superb...not often you see such a density of stars in the UK with the Milky Way being so prominent.
I like no.10 as well for the vibrant colours and deep contrast and No.7 for the abstract feel...so, to summarise faves in order 12,18,10,7.
Looking forward to your next set.

Edit: Not quite sure why my keyboard gives me an emoji rather than an 'eight' ...just started doing it a few days ago.

thanks for your comment. Re. the location...no, they were taken from 3 different locations on the south side of the airfield that I tend to use.

The eneloop pro 2500 can be recharged up to 500 times and retain 85% of their capacity from a full charge after 1 year.
the Duracell Recharge Ultra are guaranteed to last 5 years or 400 charges...whichever comes first and retain 80% capacity from full charge after 1 year.
Both will do what you want so i'd get the cheapest...which may well be the Duracell surprisingly.
