No Spad...i've seen the ISS many times although never taken any images of it. It moves relatively slow though...takes about a minute to
travel from one horizon to the next and is very bright often. These 'craft' traveled the diameter of the moon in about 2-3 seconds. I've caught a total of three different but similar 'craft' but they differ in colour from each other...either clay coloured or off white.

Also I missed another one or two which traveled too fast to get and they were in a loose formation like military jets.

First couple of images with a crop of each...hopefully with a magnifying glass you can make out some detail on the crops.

I initially labelled these as 'anomalies' on the brief exposure i gave them at the time, but in view of recent official announcements
from governments concerning unidentified aerial phenomena imaged here on Earth, I feel these are probably a small part of the official coverup concerning human activity on the Moon and throughout the wider Solar System.

I'm using a DSTE battery that came with a K-5IIs I acquired about 18 months ago along with the Pentax OEM battery. I alternate the two. The OEM battery lasts slightly longer...maybe 10-15% longer but am very pleased with the DSTE battery performance as well.

I also use a Maxsimafoto in a K-50, again alternating with the Pentax OEM battery. Pleased with this as well although this brand only lasts about 80-85% as long as the OEM.

These 'compatibles' are generally much better value for money though as they typically cost about 1/3rd the cost of OEM.

You and me both Peter...even though I couldn't have afforded the extra £704 that SRS are asking over the Amazon deal. That's missing the point though...other people would assume that SRS and other main dealers were overcharging their customers even though it is highly likely that Amazon are selling at below cost price to the Main dealers who cannot possibly compete and therefore over time will lose business and go out of business.

Pentax should be supporting their Main dealers not hastening their demise. The UK government' s Competition and Marketing Agency should be involved looking at Amazon in more detail than they have in the past and their business dealings with their suppliers.

Agree a real bargain...but what must SRS and other Pentax main dealers be thinking?

I'd be very unhappy with Pentax if I were in their shoes as it is allowing Amazon to destroy their businesses. Before this decade is out there won't be any independent retailers left.
