I take it I missed your complaints for comp #160. ND 1.8 – ND 3.0 - I certainly don`t own them - and the one on macro lenses which many don`t own !

I wonder if david is at risk of being sued by "injury lawyers 4U" because some members have been excluded "through no fault of their own".
Perhaps the European Court of Human Rights could get involved.

Well one thing is for sure, this discussion thread has generated a bit more input than they normally do.
I'm struggling to find something that was manually focused using a manual focus lens, although plenty were manually focused using an AF lens.

On holiday for # 160 but checking back, it was basically a long exposure competition (despite the strange title) and regrettably only achieved 15 entries.I take it I missed your complaints for comp #160. With the macro competition, it was stated that the macro effect could be achieved by cropping and you did not therefore necessarily have to own a macro lens.
With this competition, manually focussed photographs using an auto lens are not acceptable.
I am just keen that as many people as possible can enter the competitions, whether they own an Optio compact, a bridge camera, a KX with the kit lens or .........etc.
Anyway, the good thing is that the number of entries is fairly good and some of us have delved into the ancient archives to enter a shot
