taking some of the better ideas posted thus far here is another idea...
Pentax pens a deal with eye-fi for some pro cards... has designed a grip with built in intervalometer, an ipod/pad/android ap, wireless tethering, huge battery capacity and connectivity to the new Pentax gps unit....

What about studio flashes that could be controlled by the camera's P-TTL? Pentax could be first there, and the other manufacturers would rush to catch up.

that would require a deal with a strobe manufacturer, and any strobe manufacturer I'd assume would want to hook up with the best flash system...Nikon's....

This is NOT A DSLR its only a SLR so it still may be valid.
