Can I nominate ? While I look through my snaps.
I think Camus has a distinctive style.

I'd nominate Lilly has having a very distinctive style.
She hasn't been around lately, but I have always admired her photography.

I agree re Camus and Lilly. And I also nominate Jaromir: https://www.pentaxuser.com/user/jaromir-6721/gallery
I can think of several others too, but I'll keep it at that for now.
No-one want to blow their own trumpet? It doesn't have to mean that you are terribly self satisfied about having your own style, perhaps just a particular type of picture you take from time to time which you would like to focus more on?

There are a number of photographers who I can easily recognise for their style within a particular genre. There is one who I have been able to identify regardless of genre.

Bwlchmawr has a brilliant style - spot one of his shots immediately !
Womble has a style of his own
i-Berg has his own style
I don`t think I do unless it`s staying within 500 yards of home for most of the year`s output !

Yeah, the trouble is, Tony, it's a style based on rot, grunge, rust, decay and delapidation. Not a great style to be known for. And stuck in a scabby rut.Bwlchmawr has a brilliant style - spot one of his shots immediately !

Now look at Kris's stuff. Not only does he take pictures of different things in different places but he still uses film (rememeber that?) and rings the changes with large format cameras (obviously not viewable here) and experiments with equipment like a ten bob Russian TLR.
Best wishes,
Andrew

Now you are just being modest - scabby rut ? I think not sir !
And anyway - one day all that rot, grunge, decay and dilapidation will have ceased to exist finally , and without you there will be no memories of it for generations to come with their throwaway soiety and their plastic world.
Get on with it and stop moaning !!

Point taken, Tony, but before I shut up (for a while) may I direct readers to the Gallery where there reside some outstanding and distinctive photographers, several of them from non-English speaking countries, whose work is highly distinctive.

I can usually spot John Riley's entries in the weekly competition from the thumbnails alone. Andrew's images stand out too, for me anyway. I must admit I find myself a bit bored with many of my images hence my attempts at street photography in NYC and "lomo" style images with the TLR (although my Lubitel is much better quality than the modern Lomo ones).

Interestingly, I was thinking about this myself after I saw Michael Schlegel's work. I don't think you can get more distinctive than this:

This also reminds me of a Cartier-Bresson comment. He said Robert Capa told him he was in danger of being pigeon-holed as a Surrealist photographer. Capa told him to do whatever he liked, but the label was to be 'photojournalist', 'and Capa was very sound'.

Your pictures are probably snaps unless you have developed a unique distinctive style. Have a look through the people on here and see if you can spot their images without looking at the names? Not that many are distinctive or unique. (I don't mean the subject matter either as that's often a dead giveaway).
Post a series of about 3-5 pictures which you feel demonstrate your style.... or the style you aspire to
