I like the image very much, looks like a powerful and atmospheric portrait.

My only question is about writing in images. I find myself reading the writing and that is taking my eye away from the subject. Unless it's relevant to the sitter in some way I would clone it out.

Well, coming from JR, I'll take that as high praise indeed. Thank you.

The writing is relevant actually. I may be using this one for an ad for next year, haven't decided yet...
I managed to save my image then post it with an error, the top layer was off so the first post actually shows some flaws I later cleaned up, just little details in the skin, hard to see in the web sized, but visible in the print.

I noticed the writing too, but I've seen that strange tag line on your other photos and assumed it was your watermark. I thought it was a very clever watermark

Edit: nice pic btw, great lighting and colours.
