I don't think Edward VII stamps will still be usable...
I used to spend hours researching stamps and painstakingly assembled an album of Great Britian stamps, even buying some new ones. I was always delighted with the few mint Edward VII that I managed to collect.
I only collected modern GB specializing the Machin issues, the simple reason being the cost of anything earlier than George VI in the quality I wanted was prohibitive, especially in the higher values.

I have a highly prized collection of George III stamps.

I was just doing a bit of sorting and found an envelope with €200 in it .
It was my fee for some translation work I did a while ago. We were about to go on holiday so I put the envelope to one side, and I'd forgotten all about it tbh, so it was a lovely surprise. Good job I checked what was in the envelope!

Does this windfall mean something photographic?

How wicked is that! I feel quite chuffed if I find a quid in a pocket.

I don't think so. If I'm honest there isn't anything I need, or even covet right now.

Well done Stan. I was waiting for someone else to make a comment but obviously your flagrantly photography-related content has thrown the regulars into a state of shock.

Difficult to know what to do, us Mods have been scouring the T&Cs for guidance.

As it's nearly Christmas I think Stan should be made to paint his nose red and pull a sleigh.
Unless someone can think of something more fitting?
