So sad to hear of the death of Michael Marra, always difficult to find suitable superlatives in these situations but he was one of Scotland's most distinctive and original singer songwriters. Here is a clip from the last time I worked with him although probably not to everyone's taste and shot on 5 Sony cameras with Canon and Fujinon lenses I'm afraid.

I can't say I had ever heard of him Ken, but I enjoyed your link and some of the other YouTube films of him.

Good luck with the interview Dave!.
I know how hard it is to get places nowadays.
My daughter-out-law has been very lucky to be offered a 1 year internship with a horse vet as soon as she qualifies next month. So many of her group are facing unemployment or are doing jobs unrelated to their qualifications, which will make it that much harder to get the job they really want of course.

Anything that gives you a varied and interesting CV is worth doing.

Not me unfortunatley. It is the weekend before the great bathroom refurbishment - which also involves moving stud walls in the bedrooms. So that weekend will be spent making room for the builders
