Just heard about Mrs H G - my sympathy HG - sorry - been out in the garden and for some reason my notification had reset so didn`t spot the lack of banter coming in !!
Hope she is fighting fit soon

Don't give them ideas!
Some supermarkets have already moved SWEETS from the checkout
counter
If I were dishing out awards for bad architects I would have to
give one to the Architect who designed a main supermarket in Cheshire
with a fancy window directly over the sweets and cigs counter so
that when the sun comes out it melts all the chocolate
So the shop can't have chocolate on display..... now they can't display
cigs either.... so that leaves just newspapers

Of course if a PU member was in power I'm sure that all non-Pentax gear would be hidden under the counter and only Pentax gear on the shelves!

I don't have experience of other brands but I know Pentax is addictive so maybe the other way round.

I was more thinking about an issue of the newspaper I once read. Something (it doesn't really matter what now) was very bad for me early on in the paper. About half way through it was very good for me and I should eat more of it to avoid all sorts of perils. Alas, by the last page it was bad again.....
