If you want low calorie, try mangelwurzel (from German mangel/mangold) a root vegetable, mainly used as animal fodder, but was feed to British prisoners of war.
When I was a child, the farmer just down the road from us, had been a prisoner of war, and had been feed on a diet mainly consisting of mangels. This resulted in him refusing to grow mangels, and feed to his livestock.

Seems like the government are going to snoop into our emails.
Shock, Horror.
I'd like to bet that if everyone in the country added cc [email protected] to every email they sent the idea would soon fizzle out.
I'm pretty sure mine doesn't want to know all of my petty gossip and will soon get fed up of receiving it.

I wonder how many "Keywords" you need in an email before a visit from the spooks is deemed necessary. We all know anyone up to no good will mention such words on a regular basis thereby letting everyone know what they are up to.
Anyway, I thought it was all done by mobile phone these days.
