Blimey - I don`t blame you - 1gb ram ?? I`ve got 14 !!!!

Reminds me of the food company I worked for back in early 2000s on telesales - computers, all CRT screens, were full of dust until I cleaned them, and the HP Laser printer ate cartridges so I discovered that by putting black gaffer tape over the window I could fool the printer into thinking the cartridges were not "empty" and get another 1000 pages out of them - not appreciated and told to "stop fiddling" !!!??!!!

Don`t you just love "big business" ??

Apparently 50% of the population are bad at maths. link

Of course this number was arrived at by people, at least 50% of whom would be bad at maths. So they would have the numbers wrong! Now my head hurts.

No, I'm pretty sure Thicklexia is either a Greek island or a sixties psychedelic pop group.

Perhaps you are thinking of Cretan
from the Greek word crete
which is short for con-crete

Any so called celeb, any footballer, any tv chef,a vegetarian, anyone with a mobile smartphone, most politicians,Jo cos she`d want me to find a plug socket for her hairdryer, anyone who snores,Stan cos he`d ask me daft questions ,HG cos we`d argue over the last bottle, any CEO who would be a waste of oxygen and probably bankrupt the island economy

Did you say 'beer' earlier Tony?

I distinctly remember something about spotting a beer...

I know it's early, but the celebrations start here, with a bottle of Banks's Bitter....
Cheers, HG

I'll probably have a glass of champagne, in 3 weeks time, and I might even treat myself to a glass of red wine as there is going to be a barbeque too.

Our friends took us to Blanchland today, for a ride out. I've never see so many Grouse at one time. I would say that you need something longer than the 35mm lens I had, even though they are quite a large bird.

Anyone of which sounds like a good enough reason.

His nibs birthday is next Sunday. Dog sledding is the choice of pastime for it. No doubt with a bottle of expensive wine (this is Norway :shock and a glass or two of duty free Bowmore in the evening.

Biggest shock of the holiday so far - sunshine in Bergen.
