Can you sand it off with sandpaper, but
not rubbing through enough to damage the skin.

I suppose you could always glue a pair of gloves ON!

I'll wait until tomorrow, thank you very much

On a different note is any one expecting a parcel delivery
?

I just like to be prepared. Blessed is he who expects the worst, for he shall not be disappointed. But ecstatic when it goes "right"

Just don't go on any cruises otherwise you'll feel awfully miffed if you're lost at sea and already paid all that money up front

Iceland's own brand of Gin was called "Hogarth". (a few years ago) IIRC. The irony was completely wasted on the customers and showed how stupid the branding folks are not ever bothering to look at "Gin Lane".

Scrooge is alive and well!

I've just done a very small job for a new and extremely wealthy client; I'm hoping for more work.

By wealthy I mean I have seen the Bugatti Veyron, a new Rolls Royce, two Range Rovers and a Mercedes G-Wagon; the fifteen year old got a car for her birthday.

Royal Mail damaged a print I had sent and I asked them to return it so that I could claim compensation from RM.

They've asked me to refund the £1.58 postage.

Well that FedEx guy is not the only one. I must say that we stopped using "fragile" tape on packages at work. It was just a target for white van man to vent his wrath on. Yodel part of the Drop it, Hide it, Lose it conglomerate must share the same school of how to deliver parcels. We had a large package from Amazon which the note said had been "put over gate." Lucky for us they were books. Trouble was that the pleb did not put them over the gate but lobbed them over the fence from the neighbors drive. Damn scary as only a week before I had a camcorder delivered but at least Pat took it back to the post office for me to collect.

Seasons Greetings to all, may the "Water of Life" flow freely.
Enjoy life
