I've got some Tesco "simply" Cotes du Rhone (minus accents). Not bad for the price.
Anyway, down to business. Who can post the comment that generates John Riley's 13,000th post on this forum? If John cheats and posts it himself then it is whoever gets him to post the 13,001st post (and so on ad infinitum). If John deletes the winning post or locks the thread or does anything against the spirit of this, then the same incremental rule applies (or maybe we'll just be lying in wait for the 14,000th post :twisted.

PS if I'm banned, you know why

God Tony that sounds truly awful. Worse than I could have imagined.
Keep taking the medicine (the chicken soup of course!), and hang in there. At least your humour has been evacuated (yet).
Keep strong. Love to you and to Jo and the girls.

So, up at 7.00 this morning to watch (a recording) of Scotland v Romania (which was a bit too close for comfort at times)!
Thought Argentina were superb - a real force to be reckoned with. And Jonny was well out of form.
Getting up early tomorrow for Ireland v USA. Hopefully should be a less-stressful game!

If any one had plans to die at the House of Parliament, i'm sorry to say that is illegal.
How many stupid laws are there?

Last time I lost my mouse it turned up in a boot under the desk, tail-less mice are great but get lost too easily!
Tonight I will be drinking mostly gin..
...with a bit of tonic.

yeah they really go everywhere XD
I normally use the tablet but wanted to play a game so had to use the mouse... maybe i should give it some more love so it doesn't run away.
Enjoy HG, i'm going for a triple sec.
btw have you already practice shooting with your longbow this week?
All English males over the age 14 are to carry out 2 or so hours of longbow practice a week supervised by the local clergy.
ah we got two as well.
-It is against the law to urinate in a canal unless you are pregnant.
-It is illegal to impersonate a blind person after dark. no idea where this law comes from...
