TT has been totally fed up with things
Lousy weather
Messed up Glasgow - now they are cleaning up the place so things should be back to normal soonish
1 Friend [ not in this country so you can breathe Tony ] desperately ill and information is scanty
2 another internet friend died last week
Unsurprisingly my mojo seems to have vanished

Sorry to hear that TT. My condolences.
I was hoping you were off star spotting.
Weather is lousy everywhere (except it seems Finland :evil and is enough to get anyone down - we've had our wettest summer since records began - more than 150% of our normal summer rainfall, colder than normal too, and of course hardly any sun to talk about.
The sun is trying to shine today. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice but more rain and thunder for the weekend .
Trying to persuade the OH to take a week off in October and head for Curaçao but no luck there either .
Still we get to see all the kids this evening when we go out for an anniversary meal. It was going to be just the two of us but word got out so now it is 8 .

I don't follow this thread so I missed this news. I presume the course of steroids is not in preparation for the Olympics weightlifting, so my best wishes to you.

Hi Doc - apparently a precaution for the side effects of the chemo and the Zoledronic acid infusions - your wishes are greatly appreciated as have all the others been - doubt if it will improve my photography though maybe weightlifting is an option to consider !!

Tony, Best wishes from me too. My daughter in law's mother has just gone through the same and whilst not a pleasant experience is now on top of the world. Manchester was where she went and it has a fantastic reputation

I have just tracked a parcel with parcel Force. Itin the Nort West London office. They kindly give a map showing the location of the depot - in South Carolina
Not sure if the parcel will arrive tommorrow now if it has to come back from the States...
