I'll second that (as long as its Chinese or Thai curry) and Pizza is really good for you as long as its got Olives on
Beer contains alcohol which helps thin your blood, it also helps you relax so theres less strees for your heart.

And I am considering a third glass of Bells and lemonade, oh dear the lemonade has run out

Fortunately we have a bottle of Green Ginger Wine so I feel a Whisky Mac coming on

My LBA became much more controllable when I decided that from now on I was only buying K series lenses (well, aside from an M 100/2.8 and DA 21mm Ltd being on my wish list). Given their rarity and the fact that they tend to go for daft prices now this means that I don't buy many.

Unfortunately in the last week a minty 135/3.5 and 200/4 from said series jumped me. They are very, very sweet to use though...

And now the water feed to the dishwasher's leaking!

I'll have to spend the morning sorting that out, so much for the 'lazy weekend'!!

Just as well we did not go to Pickering Steam Fair today. It has tipped down most of the day.

Been like that here, both outside and under the sink.

Still, got the leak sorted with the aid of a new seal. Then I washed the car, letting the rain rinse it off..

...I'm practicing saving water!

I've been to the Chilli Fiesta at West Dean House today, didn't take my camera as I was too busy stuffing myself with hot things.

Went there last year, lovely fiesta. We left when we couldn't eat any more Camped on Hayling island!!! Which was .... interesting !!

Of course being the height of the Summer like this year the light was so flat in the drizzle it was barely worth getting the camera out.
Lurking is shirking.!

We've been 4 times out of the last 5 years, a bit grey with a couple of showers today, I knew it'd just be too busy to take any photos though.

This morning was an early start as I'd been informed I was doing a carboot sale with the boss. 6.00 on a Sunday, I'll say no more!

We shifted quite a bit of stuff, making £90 towards the new kitchen.

Then it rained!!!

Sale ended early, spent afternoon snoozing to DVDs and it's nearly time to eat.

Not a bad day, no, really..
