I am still waiting for this bowl to solidify!

On the plus side we have a pleasantly breezy sunny evening now, after the miserable tupperware grey earlier. Hopefully it'll continue tomorrow as I fancy doing a cross-Wales trip out to Aberaeron then back via Aberystwyth. Got 12 shots left on a roll of slide film in the minty black ME with an M 35mm f2.8 on the front, looking forward to giving it some exercise.

I've removed a post that named a PU member and would just mention that we shouldn't cast aspertions about other members. It could well be that we would be wrong in our assumptions and then someone quite innocent could find themselves being accused.

That can't be right, so do please bear it in mind.
Best regards, John

It's a' local' holiday in Glasgow.

Some places open , some shut , bus timetables not quite normal , and the rain has just started again
I have just had an order despatched this morning from a music shop in Aberdeen, which surprised me
Too tight fisted to take a holiday, The Press & Journal classifieds were telephoned by a woman whose father had died and the announcement was to be 'Reid, deid, Peterheid'. The telesales person said that she could have a longer intimation since the minimum was six words. 'OK' was the reply, 'make it Reid, deid, Peterheid; Volvo for sale'

Shades of the following notice allegedly seen in a shop in Scotland:

"We would rather serve a thousand Al Quaeda members than one British soldier"

The shop? A funeral director!
