Just noticed the copyright police have removed the Buemi video, despite the fact the poster had credited the F1 with it.
Taking my daughter to her boyfriend's now, then a quick shop for tea.

Lovely day here in Wirral land - slight breeze but blue skies all the way.
I have mowed/mown/cut the lawn again - strimmed the edges and done a bit of weeding.
Also been out in said garden with "Jo`s" new K100D and the 18-55.
Nice bit of gear and very good value buy I think - £142 without lens but with Lantern Guide,instructions,strap,body cover,cd and flash cover.Also I checked the shutter actuations and it reads 918 which is not bad for a camera nearly 3 years old.
I`m going to see what the photos are like now.

As you well know - I tend to take about 300/400 every time I visit little Chloe and her mums.
My K20D ( also fleabay ) shows 7477 of which I have probably taken 2500 and I haven`t checked the *istD but I will !
HG - we`re just about a Mersey width from Speke Airport ( I refuse to call it John Lennon )and it is odd about the aircraft noise - strange there are no prop aircraft about either - hardly going to clog their jet intakes !

The Sponsored bike rise is over for another year, about 70 folk taking part. A few brave ones did it both ways but a grand day for it. Now having the first dram (I need a muscle relaxant)tomorrow I can let me tyres down for another year. Bretts cake sounds good, just what I could do with after day on bike. Getting rid of your daughter for the evening Dave, and you are shopping???

Had pizza as well Yves, left over slice for lunch today.
As for Hannah going out, she went on her first date with her fella. They've been going out for just over a year an d it's the first tome they've been out for a meal together alone.
The sun is shining and this thread just seems to keep going.
I keep meaning to check shutter thingy, how do I do it? I've seen the instructions some where but slept since then.

Forget the pizza -we've just had the first BBQ of the season .
After a day of hard work in the garden we rewarded ourselves with some very tasty ribs, kebabs and home made hamburgers. Yummy.
Hopefully it is the first of many this year.
