I've already bought 5 Christmas presents, and another one is on order. 3 more to get. The three most difficult ones - husband and two of the three sons.
My cards are made and waiting to be collected.
I am way too organised this year. Something has to go wrong...

We went down into Leeds today to visit the Christkindle Market and got stuck in a little traffic, we quickly realised it was the Remembrance Sunday Service outside the Town Hall, we knew we were too early for the market so went to the Service instead too late to get a front row position though so the pic opportunities were poor (with the 16-50 at least) Made up for it at the market later though with a nice big fat German sausage and plenty of mustard (sadly not the proper English variety)

We don't celebrate Sinterklaas. The grandchildren do that with their Dutch Opa and Oma, and have Christmas with us. Best of both worlds for them .

Very heavy frost this morning - my iTouch told me that it was -1 then and it now says -2 .That surprises me since the sun is now shining , rather weakly it has to be admitted.
Winter has definitely come

Crikey Stefan - that`s beautiful if a little sad for a Monday morning !
It is also a lesson for life - we are not here for a dress rehearsal - this is the real thing and even if it does sometimes not work out for us we should always go with our instincts and aim for our dreams.
I regret nothing in my 64 years and whilst there are still challenges out there , I have nothing that I haven`t wanted to do or achieve personally left for me to finish.
Remenber - you have nothing to fear except fear itself...............
Tony
