Any time the kids are back at school !!!!!!!!!

Jo and I would be up for it if the timing were right.

Back from the stay - not well pleased with the place or the food - may expand on it later.
Thanks for all the good wishes.
Camera Solutions seemed a bit phased when I said I had promised you all I`d look in ! - only a couple of Pentax lenses - 18-55 - few Sigmas - web site up and running in a couple of weeks.Nice "white" Km in the window just by the drool/slobber marks as you look at the K7.
Stopped in to nose at Jessops - pricey Canikon shop really.Lots of compacts.
Stopped raining just as we left - ah well !

Regards

Tony

Sounds just like the Hereford branch, sad to say. I confused the hell out of their staff shortly before Xmas by gleefully rootling through the bargain bins and then approaching the till carrying an old-fashioned flash sync extension lead and a slide storage box!

Monsieur ImpotentSpider....a Pentax User Meet at Chester Zoo....sounds like a fab idea!

In terms of the best time of year to visit; there are three 'time slots' as it were - low season, mid season and high season.

I'd definitely suggest it take place in the low or mid season - both cheaper and quieter!

The low season in all of 2010 is as follows:

Friday 1st January to Friday 12th February, Monday 22nd February to Friday 26th March and Monday 1st November to Friday 31st December

Annoyingly, we've just missed the best low season time slot.

The Mid Season is as follows:

Monday 12th April to Friday 30th April, Tuesday 4th May to Friday 28th May, Monday 14th June to Friday 16th July and Monday 6th September to Sunday 31st October.

I'm certainly up for this.

I just finished recabling my new headphones with the phase on one driver the right way round.

Boy, are these good.

Ah yes, appear to have got a bargain on some wheels, too. Lovely! Just have to hope they can get here ASAP, as I should already be off studs, legally speaking... even if it did snow this morning.

Last 'White Km' I saw was a dummy.

Just a shell with nothing inside.

Totally useless.

A bit Canon like really!

Well my parcel seems to be lost in the system .

Last seen at the sorting office last night, the track and trace hasn't been updated since. I hope it comes today as I have to go out tomorrow and can't stay in waiting for the mythical mailman.

Ah well back to the spring cleaning .
