If you want Chorizo then the best is from Waitrose - comes in a card envelope and is made by "Marcos". It is "100% Artesano" and tastes slightly different each time, but is simply superb. Costs a bloody fortune, but it's worth it!

well it started out as one lens, but after a few more rum+cokes he was working on two..

On the subject of dinner, this week's home-made pizza featured boiled egg and spinnich, with some herby french sausage (from waitrose...of course...). Overdosed on the home-grown chillies last night so needed to make something more...forgiving. Roast duck tommorrow (also waitrose). Well, not got many more weekends off until xmas, got to make the best of them...
Still shooting in the dark (literally and metaphorically)...

Please can we have Waitrose in the Netherlands? Preferably in my town .

We used to shop at Waitrose when we lived in Wantage. Never get to one when we go over now - everyone has a Tesco on the doorstep, and I have no idea where the nearest Waitrose would be.

I shall have to do a search.

Ah! Ashford in Kent. Not on our way to Selling sadly.

When I searched on Chalfont St Giles it told me my nearest branch was in Edinburgh.

Searching on Amersham says there is one in Chesham which is more like it.

Ah! Rib Eye, my favorite cut, medium rare with onion rings fries and muchrooms, side salad a healthy addition but not necessary, Oh and lets not forget the English Mustard and a bottle of Merlot to wash it all down

Gwyn - a company called Occado do home delivery for Waitrose and I've had them deliver to a camp-site before! So if you know where you're going to be within a one hour time slot...

Fatspider - how muchroom do you need for the onion rings then?

It's the bottle of Merlot that gets me, I bet he didn't share with his long suffering spouse!

Delivered curry went down well last night, today I've got permission to play out in York.

Think I'll take the K200 and DA40, that'll stop me drinking too much at lunch time.
Cheers, HG

If you don't mind me asking, are your Peculiers behaving?

I have the odd one and the last few I have opened have waited until my guard was down then frothed up all over the place. They tasted fine though.
