They're picking on me on another thread for not using a lens hood.
Too right we are, but its only for your own good, just imagine the protection it will offer if you fall off your bike...honest

And to get back on topic.....
My daughter arrived this afternoon after spending the day with her mum, the bad news was I had to make tea for three, the good news was she came armed with three varieties of Polish beer
Weve already sampled the "Tyskie" currently on a can of "Zywiec" and have yet to sample the "Lech"
I must stop typing now as I need both hands and one of them is about to be used for picking up a tinny

I'm not going to rise to that.

I have had a breadmaker for nearly ten years now. I started making my own bread to avoid the salt but bought the machine because of all the work involved. I wouldn't be without it.

For a moment I got confused there - I used to fly model aircraft and I nearly answered a Wot4 which would have caused confusion.

I have a Panasonic SD204.

Thanks for the offer Tony, but I've already managed to get hold of a generic one for a quid on ebay. Just have to be careful with it for a few days.

Talking of lens caps, everyone's favourite overpriced ebay dealer has plumbed new depths. £12 for a genuine Pentax 52mm lens cap!

I could do with a couple of the original K-type 52mm caps (with "Asahi Pentax" on the crinkled finish, all in black with no silver lettering) but I draw the line at paying that sort of money. I know it's "best offer" but I doubt they'd take my best offer of £4 each...
most ebay "buy it now" are overpriced your local dealer is cheaper in most cases, plus its easy to sort a
problem. if your going to buy on ebay,Friday night,Saturday night or daytime Sunday are the best times for "bargains" or fair prices, lots of people doing other things at these times=less people to bid against.few months back picked up tamron 18-250mm with caps £140, excellent
Cannot stand Beer to drink lovely place to photograph, may give it a go next year. only proper drink DRAUGHT GUINNESS, as well as a food, even the doc said it was good for me.
odd lens or 2
