You'll be fine with the jacket and brolly. The long term forecast is for rain most days I'm afraid, but we can always hope they have it wrong
At least it's not raining lumps here. It has remained dry all day but rain is due any time. I was expecting to get soaked again when out with the dogs but it was OK. last week I got soaked to the skin, even with a waterproof jacket on. It took three days for the jacket to dry out afterwards .

Me and my big mouth It is chucking it down now .
Give us back our summer!
Maybe the Russians will give us some of their heat in return for some of our rain? Provided the rain doesn't fall on Poland, the Czech Republic and eastern Germany first that is - they have had even more of the wet stuff than us, and have lots of problems.
Global warming at work?

Breaking news, the Rubik's Cube is always solvable in 20 steps.
Makes me even feel worse... I remember turning those things for hours without even solving them and now they tell me it's solvable with 20 turns
Even 91.365.146.187.124.313 positions are solvable with just 15 steps

Shh, there's a sunny evening in Mid Wales. Thinking an after-dinner blast up the Elan Valley may be called for with a view to seeing if water levels are still dropping.
Deciding on which lens to take may be a long process however!

Stunningly bright clouds with a dark undertone, just waiting for the other half to finish work then off out in the hope of finding a foreground object to do them justice.

Do you need that?
Just use your body cap and make a small hole into it
ps. be sure to use your tripod though.

I might invest 99p on that when I've got a moment... (although the website is a bit cheaky and doesn't say it costs money - but at least with Android you get a refund if you uninstall within 24 hours cos you don't like something...)

I was hoping that I wouldn't need to pack it - it's heavier than I would like .
Packing is now done - just the lappy left to go in . I had intended to take a newly proofed Regatta jacket and a reasonably big umbrella - but .......
At least it's dry here now and I did get out for a short time .
