He will have to take more water with it. It's obviously building up his strength far too much.

complete with image of eye...

....I wouldn't mind but I feel such a clot!

As for Mrs HG, she's the administering angel that drove me to A&E, waited and then brought me home. She also the one that makes sure I use the medication.....

A true gem.

Looks nasty HG, any lasting damage? Eyes are not to be messed about with, defo safety goggles.

Crikey, HG that looks nasty and I don`t mean the engine. Although, it too seems to have had a challenging time.

As a purveyor of safety items I too would suggest goggles especially working with rusty bits. (Rusty bits are very nasty). Handy hint is to throw a good heavy cloth over items being levered. Would probably mean having Mrs HG lending a hand to do so.

I was about to quetsion what any good father was doing allowing his daughter to work in Lancshire but I suspect youv`e been through enough. Now be a good patient and take the "Medicine." Take enough to enble double vision and it should make up for the damage.

My sons used to ride Kreidler mopeds, and their mates had Zundapps. You don't see so many of them here now, but there are still a few around. I remember many an injury caused by working on the things, and quite a few minor injuries from riding them too. At least when they had been out half the night I could hear them coming home from several streets away. They had illegal exhausts on them, made by a local one man shop which also stocked all the bits for them from frames down.

If only he was there now Gwyn!

I mention Zundapp and get blank stares! It amazes me that such a well known name in the 20th century is all but now forgotten..

...let's keep the Pentax name alive as long as we can...
