well in that case....
Had a very nice bottle of Samuel Adams Boston Lager last night, bought it to try and wish I'd bought more of course most of my "allowance" went on some Hoegaarden, had a (very) belated Fathers day present from my son, aforementioned beer and a rather nice glass (chalice), obviously I needed more supplies of the right beer to fill it
Went to a 40th birthday BBQ on Friday evening and downed several pints of Mary Jane IPA, which if memory serves me correctly is from Ilkley Brewery.
I'm becoming a bit of an old soak

I enjoyed a Hoegaarden this evening. I have most evenings lately.
Talked to my son, he is working hard and being nice to guests. An email from my daughter-in-law said they are talking. I don't hold out any hope of a reconciliation but at least if they are talking it may not be too messy a split.
We are trying to free up some investments to help buy her out if it comes to that.

Well... I have a bottle of YardBird (Greene King) a bowl of Bombay Mix and have just done a little Hip-Hop remix of Keith Droste's 'When You Come Along'
95 BPM with a real heavy sounding kickdrum!!
Not sure the neighbours are into Boom-Bap so I've just turned it down a bit...

English only I'm afraid, otherwise nobody will know what's going on. A bit of Latin now and again is OK.
Best regards, John

Well go easy on the Latin as well. My Latin teacher described my performance as "abysmal" which at 12 years old I wasn't quite sure what that was about. I did look it up in the dictionary though.
Best regards, John
