An apt style name would be K-sd, akin to some modern music performers, but also similar to a Pentax - there is always endless speculation about the next model, it seems to take ages to arrive, and it might be King - some day.

Rain has stopped here for now
I have a day off work for the little fella (school hols) he has his mates in running riot and I have one of our worktops re oiled in the second coat The things we do on rainy days
I'm off to try a beef, mushroom and tomato recipe ready for tea - I make a mess

Sorry HG, didn't mean to raise your hackles. Anyway let's not get political or we will be in trouble. Midweek day on the morrow so if we live long enough another weekend coming up.
Enjoy life

No rain here, yet. The farmers are complaining. Too dry. Last year was too wet. Wish they'd make up their minds.
His Nibs is working tomorrow so I shall be car less. Guaranteed to make it rain. If it cools things down a touch I'll be happy.

Good grief Stan - you watch Emmerdale?????
I watched for a couple of weeks, when it was still called Emmerdale Farm, when I was stuck at home recovering from an operation. It was nearly enough to send me back to the hospital.
I see the Royal Sprog has perfected the wave already.

I watch because I am fascinated by how stupid the story lines are and every episode plumbs new depths of crassness. It's well past the time for another major disaster to befall the village only this time with no survivors. Coronation Street almost got it right with the tram crash except far too many of the characters survived that We watch in hope
I was amazed at how much the new child resembled every other child of that age.

You mean he too looks like Winston Churchill?I was amazed at how much the new child resembled every other child of that age.
No doubt the Daily Express will be claiming that is the Spencer genes at work .
My brother-in-law is a huge soapie. He records most of them and watches them at the weekend, assuming there is no F1 on, but he watches EastEnders every day. They are coming here soon for a few days. I'm hoping he has set his machine to record EE whiles he's here so we aren't inflicted with it.

At least that's what I think the weather forecast said at the end of the news.
Hey ho: a good reason to stay up tonight with the camera and a little drop or two of something warming. (The last time I had this opportunity, I fell asleep after an hour. Dang.)
Getting older and grumpier. Taking longer to decide which lens to use today.
