Nathan - have you used the photo-stitch feature in CS3?

We have CS3 in work and I have always been impressed with it, especially how easy it is to use considering I'm not a photoshop geek. I would be interested to know how that could have been improved upon (ie - should I be buying the drawing office a new version of the adobe suite!?).

Thanks ...

Lee

edit - nice pic by the way, where did you find snow today then? or is this an old pic?

Congrats on passing the exams - which did you do?

I started working towards my MCSA about 3 years ago, passed 2 of the 4 required and pretty much gave up after that (or maybe I'm just taking a break!) ...

I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed to put that clause on an ebay auction, it's the sellers responsibility to pay the fees.

.... So, divide the height of the image (3120 pixels) by the height of the LCD (240 pixels) and your answer is exactly 13.
Does this only apply to photos in landscape format? When you turn the camera to portrait format the image on the screen rotates and shrinks to fit so the image height is 4672

4672 / 240 = 19.5 (ish)

I recently ordered a small glass protector screen which came from the USA and it took around 10 days from posting.

I didn't notice what service / rate they had used though.

€799 for the body, at a not particularly cheap shop here in NL. Seems pretty competitive to me.
Warehouseexpress uk £896 Body only.
They have the 50D for £824.99

Is this 500D a replacement for the 400D / 450D or the 40D / 50D? Or does it sit somewhere in the middle?

All those people that complain about Pentax not having another model to upgrade to should be relieved they don't have to work out the Canon range

I don't mind them, but if people were posting baby photos all the time then I would feel the same.

I think it would help if people put a useful title on a thread so at least you can decide if you want to view it or not. There are too many posts like 'a few I took earlier ...' or just single word titles that don't mean anything until you open them.

Of course, if it's possible to implement a baby filter ...
