I am selling this lens for him and want to put it on ebay after a couple of days. But maybe some pentax user has a good offer.





lens has some scratches on the outside from use.
Glass is perfect, operates 100%

Now the camera's are becoming payable, more and more amateurs are going up to medium format and large format... So the camera will be used by amateurs these days.

i read the pentax has to stop producing the 645 nii film camera because the lead used in the print board is no longer allowed in the EU???

Why not spending time at real issues such as:
Why is buying a new printer with print cartridge cheaper then buying a new cartridge separately!
There is where you get results.

I am searching around to find out if a 645 crop factor can be found somewhere....

I now use a 645 and like it very much. It would be nice to have 2 bodies with only one set of lenses in stead of a 35mm set, and a 645 set. But if i want to buy some extra 645 lenses because they are quite cheap now, a crop factor could disappoint me when using it on the newer 645D.

the problem with higher Mb rates will be after the shoot. More computer capacity, larger harddisk, storage problems etc...

Increase example :
Nikon D100: 3008 x 2000
Nikon D200: 3872 x 2592

in % this is a 28,7% increase in width.
This means you will need a 24Mb pixel camera for a double in size.

The larger the ccd the less noise will be on the picture. So the 645D is a much better solution for a good digi. Until that time i stick with my 645 & 4x5"....

i started with this lens, but after buying the 300 4.5 ED i did a test between these two and fell of my chair about the poor quality.
For that price it's a good deal, but don't expect to much of this lens.

the problem with for example dpreview & magazines is who is donating money at the back to support the company.

then you will know how they will preview the equipment.

The most sold item is almost never the best item.
People let themselves be intimidated by other users, and advertising. Advertising is a point where pentax is very bad and where nikon and canon do a great job.

Just look at the pentax website and check it with nikon. You'll see the difference... But that does not say anything about the camera quality!

does anybody has an idea about the second hand prices of these lenses.
I used them for theater work, but i stopped with it and now are thinking of selling these lenses.

FA 50 1.4 (latest model)
*FA 85 1.4 (with hood)
*FA 300 4.5 (no hood)

Lenses are clean and in very good condition.

Does anybody has some indepth info about when we hear more about the D645 system?

I want to start digital besides my analog work and use 35mm and 645 now, when the D645 is affordable i will sell my 35mm stuff and buy it so i have two bodies with a range of lenses i already have...
When it's just as expensive as a ferrari it's a different story
