Missed the rain by 5 minutes - mostly threatening with occasional bursts of sunshine - excellent couple of hours.

Went to the competition entry for Photographers Wanted from ePHOTOzine and after filling in all the blurb etc - they WANT money for every submission - I love my photography but I`d rather eat !!!
What a con - bit like having a book published and having to pay them !!

You`re all loopy - IMHO - the only way to travel is a Westfield/Caterham/Lotus 7 - we had a Mk IV 1600 crossflow back in the early 70s in JPS livery with alloy wobbly web original wheels.
Mega machine - 0-60 mph about 3.5 seconds - blow any bike made,off the road up to 70,and then the power fell away .4 wheels great and probably less room than a bike panniers hole.Only car I ever made a profit on too !!!!
If I had the money/could still get in one ! I would buy tomorrow - just enough room for the tripod and the Loweprow with 2 bodies and a few lenses - tee hee - I wish !!

My walkabout lenses tend to be either the 75-300 FAJ Pentax ( light )or the Sigma 28-300 ( heavy ) with the 18-55 kit lens - they usually cover most situations and if I need something extra I let my missus take her K100D and pop my choice of lens on !
