If you have paid by Paypal then you can check if the item is seriously " not as described " and may have a case.Excellent working does not give indication of cosmetic condition though !
I await your photos of the item - did it come with a lens ? I suppose in this day and age £35 is not a fortune but nobody likes being ripped off.

Time to agree to disagree Stefan - Anna Bodnar is undoubtedly talented and creative - BUT - like the experimental chefs - the product is way beyond the skills of the ordinary photographer/cook and usually so expensive as to restrict the number of diners - plus would we want to eat at Heston Blumenthal`s restaurant EVERY night ?

We are heading back into the realms of my old industry again - If I buy the raw materials,prepare them,cook them,and serve them then I am a cook/chef.................
If I go to a supplier and buy the dishes ready prepared and frozen or sous-vide and reheat them then I am no longer a cook/chef surely ?

The photo - to me - is the representation of the subject as seen by the photographer ( and the lens ) using his skills and the light available at that moment - any further "fiddling" becomes a whole new art form IMHO obviously - as I think ISO is agreeing.

I`m a bit wary of this topic as I consider any photographic meddling - other than that which John has just mentioned - to be altering beyond the true image taken.
I use Picasa for the aforementioned "tweaks" but consider anything else to be outside the parameters of a good photo.It reminds me of my competition days when a "cooking" entry could be a sculpture in ice or a basket of hand pulled toffee flowers - beautiful,artistic,clever - but not really cooking !
Surely , as amateurs , in the most part we should be showing our skills with just the camera,lens,filter and lighting ? I too would be very unhappy competing with a PP oriented entry unless it was a specific requirement.
