My pa could never understand my liking of Metaxa,Marc,Grappa,Armagnac or Calvados ............but then he could afford XO and the rest !

Got a nice selection from Oddbins on Monday - working my way through some delightful Australian and NZ stuff.
Also managed to sneak a litre bottle of Soberano off the Condor ferry disguised as 6 blocks of Toblerone !!

When I went in the 1950s we were still housed in the "temporary" buildings from before the war.
Apparently burned down in 1978 by a "disturbed pupil" - NO - not me !!
