We just finished jet washing the front drive and decided to do the lady next door`s as well as she livesd on her own and it needed doing ( I was the last one to do it 3 years ago )All looks good and after bacon butties, jammy donuts and a cuppa all feels good too.

Well said HG - moderation in everything is the way forward - we survived as a race up to the present with little knowledge of medicines, cures, pundits and nutritionists - enjoy is good - Happy Easter to those that subscribe.

I must admit I always fancied a VOX with a Watkins Copicat..........too late now with lenses to buy !!

Tony

Just heard about Mrs H G - my sympathy HG - sorry - been out in the garden and for some reason my notification had reset so didn`t spot the lack of banter coming in !!

Hope she is fighting fit soon

Happy Easter to all who celebrate

A carpet of Forget-Me-Not in the garden lit by early April sunshine.
Pentax *istD hand held with a Super Takumar 1.4 50mm at f:8 for 1/350th sec and spot metered.ISO 200.

Reminds me of the dyslexic agnostic insomniac who lay awake all night wondering if there was a dog !

1) agree with Gwyn ( as always ! )
2)Since no-one has ever "filled" their brain capacity as far as we know one could assume infinite capacity as information rarely brought to the frontal lobes would be either discarded or over-written surely?
3)It doesn`t matter as time is a man-made universally agreed measurement without any relevance to the planet - therefore it is always time for a drink somewhere - especially at HG`s

Ooooer Cedric - don`t say that !! I`ve taken off my thermals and had shorts on for three days - chill now but it`s only a blip !!??!!

The Amnesiac Society possibly or the Forum for the Completely Undecided.

As I wouldn`t dream of being a member of anything other than PU I couldn`t possibly comment - certainly the thought of discussing my various "illnesses" with others of a similar ilk is repulsive to say the least !
I come here for banter and chat and occasionally photographic information - what else is ther apart from food and booze and sunshine ?

Tony

Must admit I`m with you Ken - I`ve been following this thread and become very confused at the technicalities involved.
I had no problems with the adapter and only when I got my K20D and gave my wife the K100D did I permanently adapt the *istD for M42 use.

Too kind jim - I really agonised on this one as the garden is burgeoning and the shots many.
The sunflower seedlings looked so fresh and so fragile.
Well done Blaze - I was knocked out by your entry and nearly gave up when I saw it !!

Nice runners up too................
