Wow - we`re nearly famous................Telegraph p11 today - some geezer rambled through England in 1971 and just did it again at age 61.
Originally he took 1 b/w photo with a Pentax camera and 1 colour pic using 35mm colour slide film at each stop...................fame fame fame......................!

Tony

Tony ( used to be able to though !! )

May I add my congrats too - well done - I had a poem published once and I was entered in the Michelin guide also and I know what you mean about the amazing feeling of pride.

Mmmmm ! And I bet there was a deposit on the bottle too ..............

I`m afraid the only German stuff I ever enjoyed was the Gewurtztraminer,TrockenBeerenauschlese, and some of the Spatlese wines - never got to try the Eiswein.
My dad used to get a visit quarterly from a bloke worked for a company called Ferd Pierroth selling door to door by the case - mostly muck sadly.I think they had a red - urrrrggghhhh ! If memory serves me well !

Still the upside is that my professor of oncology said "carry on drinking - it will not be a problem" - now that`s what I call good medical advice !!!!!

Don`t you just love Private health care ??

Tony

PS Jo`s discovered flavoured ciders in Asda ??? Raspberry ???? And others !!!!

Did anyone remember to tell Barrie to have a drink ?????

I`m into a delightful Rioja 14% by volume and 2008 - Sunday Times Wine Club special offer case - yummy .
