Indicators, what a pain. Now they work and now they don`t...............
That might indicate a problem...and one that can't be addressed if you have blinkered vision. I had a similar problem and took it to a guy who said he worked as an auto electrician off and on, but ultimately didn't know which way to turn with it...

...and etc, etc

My goodness me, that's a bit of the cynic coming out isn't it? Which DSLR are you currently using?
Do I sound cynical JR, or is Pentax showing signs of corporate cynicism?
Either way who cares what I think and I can rest assured that Pentax certainly won't, not as long as they have a healthy percentage of gullible punters purchasing their 'most newest and shiniest' photographic techno-bling.

Here's a pointless extension to the pointless thread...the new pointless DSLR arrivals from Pentax. This is Pentax becoming market oriented and cynical in the extreme....or in laymans terms seriously taking the piss out of the consumer market.
"Ok guys, here's the deal. We've already developed and perfected all of this stuff so let's hold back, keep mum and instead trickle feed it to the market.
We'll hype the K30 for all its worth for now, then introduce the revised K-5 (in two versions) shortly thereafter. Once the dust has settled on these new models, we'll hit them with the K50 & K500. If we split the technological developments between both by a hairs breath (comparatively speaking) and reflect that in the price then the fools -as in the purchasing public- won't smell any rats on account of the shiny and tempting new trinkets we're waving under their noses via our clever marketing strategy"

And so the clinical & callus corporate beat goes on.

Let`s get back to our serious business - Thursday! precursor to the weekend so let`s crack a bottle in preparation. I know I`m going to! Wonder if the sun will shine? What`s everyone got planned for weekend? I`m thinking of a trip to Rutland - oops! getting serious.

Sorry Rutland and with due respect to its warm and friendly denizens, but I was seriously uninspired by my stopover with the exception of the former manor house featured in Time Team (God rest Prof. Mick Aston's soul). I hate to say this but I personally found the region to be a featureless landscape with little to nothing by way of redeeming attributes. I even timed our visit to coincide with the 'famous' farmers market. I came away wondering what it was 'famous' for?

There he is, pictured, holding a sheet of graphene, which is only one atom thick, and it is not bending. A miracle! It would bend in his hands.
With a name like Wang it's probably not the only thing bending in his hand!

No 4. You go for a walk with the express purpose of taking photographs but your partner doesn't understand why you have taken half an hour getting the shot when everyone else just pointed their cameras and clicked the button.

So eventually you just take the shot and vow you will go back without her. But you never do!

The answer is either get a dog and take it for lots of walks on your own, or advertise the Mrs on EBay.

I think the snow on the ground thereafter might be a bit of a clue, whereas the fallen tree wouldn't.

Been looking into this 'Push to the right' concept and find it interesting. What strikes me most, however, is the fact that it seems to be unwittingly pushing (excuse the pun) us towards a dependence upon post-processing rather than striving towards getting it right at the time.
Like I've suggested elsewhere...is this also the 'unforeseen' legacy of what is slowly and inexorably becoming a totally computer dependent world?
