Could you try to make some low light pictures. I would be using this for concerts only.
As I have theFA*28-70mm it could complement it perfectly, I'd just have to sell my 50-135mm and get a 12-28 f2.8.

f2.8 and iso 800...would love less noise and better AF in low light, but the most important thing to me is to have a small, light camera (K10;K20) that fits my hands

No heavy zooms for a while then, nit that it's that heavy but I won't lift this before long.
