Hi, That list is out of date, Mike-P has one of them, jammy s*d. (Or will have soon).
Thanks , must have missed it yesterday. Probably just as well.

I agree, but as I have been reminded many times cash flow is reality

It may be that you need a firmware upgrade to use the SDHC cards in these cameras. Or just use standard SD cards.
The latest is version 1.02 released in December 2006. It is said to include support for SDHC. The 4Mb cards were I believe the first SDHC cards, so your Sandisk card should work with the K110.

Obvious question has the write protection tab been moved? This happened to me on a couple of occasions.

Has some of the plastic insulation between the contacts come loose? Again this happened to me and it was preventing contact with the camera.

You could try formatting the card in the computer. If it is recognised as a removable storage device then it would indicate that the card is OK and that there is a compatibility issue with the camera.

65% left sided and I can make the dancer turn both ways more or less at will.

To add to the confusion

I write left handed, though I can also write right handed.
I am right footed.
I play golf, cricket right handed.
I play tennis, squash and guitar left handed
I use my left eye to look through the viewfinder

Hi Katrin Sorry I cannot help you with this. I am no Mac or Aperture expert and was referring to an earlier post made by Don. It might be worth sending him a PM

What I can tell you is that the latest versions of PRA and Lightroom now seem to work quite nicely with each other on my Vista based system.

Steve
Fair enough. I actually downloaded Lightroom to test it, and it is working. I am having an issue with PRA though. It keeps making me accept each shot in order to save. I tried to switch it to Auto save mode in the file menu, but that whole menu is grayed out. I got it to switch once, but that was when I monkeyed with the interval timer, it switched over to auto, but then right back. Is there some setting or something I am missing?
Thanks for the help.
Katrin
Hi Katrin, have you set the autosave settings in the 'Options' file menu?
I have accepted the default settings , which save as c:users....documentspentax
I have also accepted the base file name and selected the 'sub folder(s)' option.

The quirks regarding greyed out sub menu were I believe reported previously, but I have not personally experienced it with the PRA 3.51.

Do you have have the option to try PRA on another computer? Not all motherboards implement USB properly. I installed separate USB cards in all of our families computers to get round issues with removable devices, though I accept that may not be an option with a laptop.

Where can the latest version of PRA be obtained?

Has it appeared on a Pentax site yet?

I would like to play using my K200 and laptop, problem is older versions don't see the camera, only my K110.
PRA version 3.51 available from Pentax website below

Another endorsement for SRS from me, can't fault them.
And another from me, ordered a DA 16 -45 not really expecting pre Christmas delivery, but it arrived this morning. The only downside now is I can't play with it until Christmas.
