Thanks again...with shot 2 I watched the light change several times and shot a few photos, I chose this one as I like how the light only falls on the distant field and mountains, I think it focuses the eye nicely on the main subject

Good set, the 3rd being my pic
Thanks for the comments, to be honest it was a bit of a relief been able to take the camera out of the bag!!

The little building in the 3rd shot has an interesting history as it's the oldest "viewing house" in the country - built in 1669 specifically for the then owners to view the falls, it's now open to the public but unfortunately the glass on the viewing windows has seen better days so didn't bother with a photo from there

Excellent clouds and shadows in the first two!
Yes, those Lee NDgrads certainly helped...first chance I've had to use them and the first 2 shots were both taken with the 2 stop Hard edge

Just back from a week hiking around Ambleside/The Langdales in the Lake District and although we were lucky to miss most of the rain that's been around the country during the week, conditions were less than ideal for landscape photographs, flat/dull lighting most of the time. Fortunately one day produced some decent sunshine/lighting so I managed a couple of shots.

I'm selling my DA15mm Ltd in as new condition, infact I only bought it 3 weeks ago.

I'll also throw in a brand new 49mm pinch cap (in case you prefer it over the original screw-in) & a Hoya slim filter ring (glass removed) which allows you to use a step-up ring/Lee/Cokin adaptor

I'm selling as I bought it to see whether I would prefer it over my DA12-24mm but have decided I just prefer the flexibility of the 12-24 focal range

Asking price is £395 including shipping by RMSD

The DA17-70 is my main landscape lens, despite owning the DA12-24 & now the DA15mm - it's excellent!!

Sometimes you need a reminder of just what's on your doorstep and this walk above Llanarmon Yn Lal in the Clywdian Hills certainly did that, wonderful scenery...limestone pavement, rolling hills and not a sole to be seen (not that I'm anti-social:lol

Nice series especially considering the "rush"...last one is my favourite
