What the hell's going on with the top of that coffee ? It looks more like a burnt Soufflé !

Thanks all, have agreed to buy a Sigma 17-70mm from TonyM. Looks a nice versatile lens for casual shooting.

I'm looking for a decent walkaround lens, was thinking 17-70mm kind of range.

Anybody have anything to offer before I look at buying new? If so, PM me please.

Cheers, Bob

No 1 for me Paul, as John points out there's less context but as part of the overall project it should be obvious.

The perspective in #2 leads my eye to the left & out of frame, whereas #1 holds my attention apart from the guy at the cashpoint which is kinda symbolic of the ignorance of the public to the daily struggle of the homeless. He's wearing earphones to block out the world, taking notes from a machine whilst the couple beg for coins.

Announcement of a new Pentax body Feeb. There could be a fair few K20d's going up for sale when it is actually released.

Sorry Tel.

On a side note... the UK Pentax site doesn't have the 1.03 firmware for the K20d listed. The discrepancies between all the individual country Pentax sites is shocking. It all seems a bit amateur to be honest.

I wonder how many more sales would be generated by a slick looking & easy to navigate website ? A fair few I would imagine.

And just to show how helpful we are around here, here's a link where you can download the firmware (scroll down the page) CLICK HERE

Oh & OS stands for Optical Stabilisation (we Pentax users have sensor stabilisation so don't need it) hence the lack of switch.

P.S. Welcome to the forum.

I believe you need to update your firmware to allow HSM use with the K10d. A k10d user will be along to confirm I'm sure.
