I rather agree, years ago I worked in cinema advertising, launching a large campaign indicated a drop in sales - why spend the huge amount of money needed for advertising when it can be better spent on R&D for example, if sales are good? Having said that - I dont really mind ad breaks, time to make a cuppa, check the forum, wash up, etc, etc.

I really like the first image and I like the sky detail plus extra background in the 2nd but something has gone a little weird in the foreground - I kinda like it tho! In fact the more I look at it the more I like it.

Hi Sally, thank you - 1, 2, 3 & 5 were experiments with the Tamron 70-200mm f2.8
#4 was taken on a different day with my Bigma.

BUT - they were all close to me, I shot as close up as possible, all are cropped a little though. My aim was to get the gleam in the eye
