The contrast between the wild chaotic tree and the uniform soldier trees stands out for me. Only thing I'd do is crop a bit from the top and the right to remove the black splodge that is instrusive in the top right
Overall though, I really like it for the contrast between the one wild tree and all the others. Plus I don't think the HDR is overdone.

I like the off centre mono version most out of the edits Pal, the highlight on the wall takes the eye to the flowers which then flows down the vase, if that makes sense!?
Someone who likes the mono version. Its what I like as well.
The hardest thing about all of this is going with what YOU actually deem worthy yourself. BUT I am really thankful for everyones critique - its REALLY helpful

Everyone takes this bridge with the usual wide shot but I wanted to go for something closer and to smooth the River. Its the closest you can get without going really wide with an ultra zoom which I dont possess.
