As mentioned in an earlier thread I have narrowed my lens choice down to two lenses now (at last!)
Namely the Tamron 17 50 2.8 and Sigma 10 20

Is it ok to buy a Tamron 17 50 2.8 that might need a little front focusing and adjusting done to it? I imagine it wouldnt be too much of a prob if I toyed around with it.
Also, when complete does the camera save the I.D. when I swap to another lens?

Thanks in advance
QC

Im supporting a charity in their conservation goals for the local habitat in my area.
They wanted bird photos for their leaflet

The majority of my images of the bird variety are with the K-x - dont use this camera much anymore but I wonder sometimes!

Ah....

The obvious. I never touch the camera for my landscapes opting for a remote instead, I bet thats what works. Wont be touching it thought but will try it.

Bit of a bugger about the mirror slap though - mirror lock up doesnt appear to be a feature in bracketing which is poor IMO or maybe someones knows differently?

looks well from here david

Yes Ive read many times that the 3.5 is the 28 to buy, but I will persevere with the former.

which pano stitching software did you use for that?
