"Aye, aye, Sir!" A worthy posting to Friday's Butterfly Fleet Air Arm display :P

A definite ' cut above' in every respect. I take my lens cap (I have no hats) off to you, sir 8)

Beautiful - how I wish we had a greater number and more widely spread population of Swallowtails here in the UK. Yours looks to be a male Eastern Tiger Swallowtail in exceptionally fine fettle 8)

Fine portrait of a beautiful flutterby, David :P

Damn fine photograph you have there, sir 8)

A striking and imaginative treatment of the subject. Very much liked 8)

A handsome mensch indeed, Igor, and one who should be delighted with this fine, impromptu portrait. A close relative, perhaps?

Gorgeous - I've seen, and photographed, something similar, although bare metal, at a sculpture park here in the U.K., but by a different artist. One, if my enduring regrets is that I have neither the means nor manse to house such large scale work. Still, if that is all I have to regret in this life, then I have few if any, grounds for complaint
