ok my sigma 28-300mm is working well and so is my 18-55mm pentax kit lens
know my new 55-300mm f4-5.6 will focus but after focus if i turn the focus ring (so it's out of focus along way say infinity ) it will only focus again some time and will fire when it's out of focus
any advice as I'm ready to throw it at the wall

I did some print test on my camera k10d lens 18-55mm and on a t-pod with remote realise and I've defiantly go a problem with my focus. i was getting only sharp in the centre of the shot but at f32 i expect all of the focus screen to be sharp ?
So i went to manual focus and it was like my eyes had been cleaned
what i would like to know where is the focus adjustment in setting/debug mode

sorry not clear power pack is for a 240v studio strobe
But i have decided to go along the route of my speedlite and wireless trigger with a softbox/umbrella where can i get one from other than ebay??

I think you are right the sigma hasn't got this function as the focusing ring is solid
