If you mean the K20D or K7, just read the manual. It's very straightforward.

Search the forum for Russian as it was a Russian who created the utility. I'd be darned sure the focus was off before I touched it. I didn't understand your recent post elsewhere about at f32 everything should be sharp across the screen.
The auto focus will, if you have you settings wrong, best guess where to focus. You want to choose selective or centre so you know exactly what the AF is locking onto - it isn't always central and cannot be realistically assessed from a crappy little LCD on the camera.
