i have a r285 on a cis and all works well except on some portraits it can lay down to much cyan but over came this by setting up a user and changing some of the values it works fine now i also run huey monitor system on my pc with photoshop

I'm thinking of a new lens
Pentax smc DA 50-200mm f/4-5.6 ED for my k10d

am i getting a better lens than i or ready own

pentax smc 18-55 f5-5.6 al kit lens and
Sigma DG28-300 1:3 F5-63

or am I just duplicating what i already own

this new lens will be used for wedding and portraits

now the sigma is a great lens and it matched my pentax K100d but the same lens on my k10d seems to have focus issue (can anyone explain why) don't get me wrong it works well but not as clear or clean as the k100d when you zoom and crop.

has any one had the same issue

hi I've had my pentax k100d for two/three years and love it had my k10d for around 18 month and been keen on photography sine i was 18.

I am shooting my first paid wedding in November (well just getting paid for the ink and paper (its a start and the wife will not let me charge she is a friend of the family ))

what would be your next leans

Sigma dg 28-300mm 1:3 5-6.3
