It sound like it is in the morning BUT is it out side??
I my self would shot this on a tripod with a smooth video pan head on my tripod.
fast lens f2.8 or faster
do you know how far from the catwalk you will be ??

and buy snow in a can so I might whiten the snow and the rose instead of leaving it blue-ish but i agree with gareth the face looked better slightly lighter.
