the lens is in great conditions.
Lenses hasn't any trace of scratches nor fungus.
The is some ( VERY VERY SMALL ) trace of dust inside. this obviously don't get the image worst.
There is no hood nor box.
I sell for no-use at

it's a wide-angle tamron autofocus...
i still don't have photos of the elements, cause it's an object sold in a "on-line" auction ( not ebay ).
Is it better if i get some photos before ?
The price is still low anyway... 50€ ( the brand new lens is like 450€ )

the old defeat 10-0 by sharpness colours the new one...
I know they are simply two different lenses... the 18-250 have too many compromises BUT...
I think your 55mm is just a lemon...
I have for example, a takumar 50mm 1.4 first version that's SUPER SHARP already from 1.4
