In this particular shot I noticed the detail in the far distance towards St. Peter's Square; on the original this is very pronounced, so I processed it to emphasise that detail. It's a very different effect than I've had using the Pastel filter on the K7, yes it does look rather HDR. What did you do in your treatment?

Interesting picture. Was matching the viewpoint difficult? Surely Location & relative FOV must be pretty similar for this to work so well.

Fantastic lighting! I'm in two minds about the foreground branches - they contrast nicely with the background but, I think they come a little too far down on the right. - Perhaps crouching a little lower would have improved it??? - (Quite possibly not)
